Kong, Asia and the Caribbean. The firm opened its London Office in 1993,
initially a branch of the Hong Kong office, but now firmly established in
London and Stevenage as a fully independent and self-sustaining practice.

pursued by the founders in Hong Kong: namely to give an excellent service and
to achieve an effective result for clients as economically as possible.
